In Nepal, the earthquake has come and gone, taking away homes, schools and thousands of human lives, without giving anybody time for a last namaskar.
ASIA knows this because it has been on the field since the very first days. Now the emergency is over, but ASIA has not left. ASIA stayed and built four schools where children can learn to grow-up and where they are safe from child trafficking.
Our work does not end here, now our main goal is to raise enough funds to offer to as many young girls as possible the chance to attend school; in fact, to high levels of illiteracy correspond high rates of child brides and disadvantaged childhoods.Press release
